We offer a local delivery service for Syracuse and surrounding Onondaga County starting at $10.00.  We apologize for any inconvenience but we choose not to ship all our baskets to maintain the high level of quality you've come to expect from Bennett's.  Please visit our Shippable Gift Baskets tab for great gift you can send anywhere.  Please see below to view zip codes within our local delivery area.

When completing the order form please fill out the proper billing and shipping phone numbers to ensure accurate and timely delivery.  Orders sent to a wrong or incomplete address are not guaranteed.  Additional fees might apply to fix and forward the package to the correct address. Shipping
 
We offer USPS Priority shipping for baskets that are labeled as Shippable Gift Baskets.  Our baskets are packaged securely so that they arrive at your door safely and are available for delivery within the continental US. Please allow at least 24 hours for processing . Most deliveries via USPS Priority Mail takes between 2 to 5 days. Please plan and order accordingly.  If you need your basket sooner or need to make special arrangements please call us and order over the phone. (315) 471-2541
 
 
Local Pickup

If you live in the Syracuse and surrounding Onondaga County area we offer local pickup. Please allow 24 hours for processing and design of your basket.  If you choose local pickup you must pickup your basket between 11AM and 4PM on weekdays and between 10AM and 12PM on Saturday.  When you pick up your basket we will need your order confirmation number as proof. If you need your order sooner please call us during our business hours and we would be happy to accomodate you.

Bennett's Baskets reserves the right to cancel any order that is not within our local shipping area (please read our Terms and Conditions  for more details).

*Occasionally substitutions may be necessary to ensure timely delivery of your gift choice. We will make every effort to substitute with an item as similar as possible to your requested gift choice. Substitutions will be made only with items of equal or greater value
